Calling all busy bees! Join us at the Greenhouses for a special session with the London Beekeepers, who look after our bee hives. We will learn about honey bees through role play and craft activities, then have a go at helping the beekeepers with the honey harvest. Please note, children will unfortunately not be able to enter the apiary or wear bee suits this summer due to Covid 19 safety measures. We have very limited tickets for these workshops so please do let us know in advance if you are not able to attend.

Please note, in accordance with our COVID-19 safety policy, there are limited tickets available and advanced booking is essential. To increase our capacity during the lockdown easing period, we have brought our summer holiday programme forward and will be offering repeated sessions. There will be limited tickets available, so please be considerate of other families when booking tickets for multiple sessions at this time.

To ensure the safety of our families, volunteers and staff, we ask families to observe social distancing measures on site and will brief families on the measures in place at the start of the session. Before booking a session, please read and make sure you read our information for families during COVID-19 here.

Tickets £6 per child. At this time, please email if you require a low-income (£3) or sibling ticket (£4).

Please provide ages of children and details of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs in the ‘additional notes’ box when booking.
