For the last 14 years, Nicolas has worked in various renowned Hotel bars, such as Borgo Egnazia and the award winning
American Bar at The Savoy, where he had the opportunity to develop his extensive knowledge within the Bar
industry. In September 2020 he founded “Doctor Cocktail Ltd” with the purpose of sharing his joy and knowledge of making cocktails with Londoners.

Empty jar or protein shaker
Measurement cup or espresso cup
A Muddler or a Wooden Spoon
Small pan or milk jug

Gin of your choice *
5/6 Basil leaves
BPCG 100 day old fermented garlic (available from BPCG shop open Sat and Sun 11 to 3)
1 lemon juice
Egg white (optional)
