You can eat organic produce from your garden year round if  you know the right things to do – and when.  Every month in these Sunday morning workshops, you can learn from Cat our community gardener all about how to make your Garden Edible – 12 months of the year and using organic gardening methods.

This is the time of the year when some of our veg beds begin to empty as we harvest. In these spaces we will sow fast growing vegetable varieties including radishes, salad mixes, chard, and spring cabbages.

Come in clothes you don’t mind getting mucky and suitable boots or shoes. If you have gardening gloves, please bring these with you. If not, don’t worry, we can lend you gloves.

The workshop is free but please do book below so we know how many people are coming.

The workshop runs from 11am to 1pm but you are more than welcome to stay on after and chat and help out with garden tasks.  For lunch, we have a small kitchen with a hob and a microwave so feel free to bring anything along you’d like to heat up and eat.
