Fermenting fun with Jelena at Brockwell Greenhouses!

Join us for the second session in our series of fermenting workshops for families. Find out why and how we preserve fresh food. Then chop, squish and squash fruit and veg to make your very own yummy fermented carrot sticks and probiotic lemonade!

This session will be hosted by fantastic local macrobiotic and whole foods chef Jelena Belgrave @potsandfoodtoshare

£5 per child / £2.50 low-income. This workshop must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system (see below).

Please provide ages of children and details of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs in the ‘additional notes’ box when booking.

Please note, all children must be supervised by an adult. All materials and jar provided.
