Fermenting family fun with Jelena at Brockwell Greenhouses!

Join us for a festive ferments workshop, the fourth in our series of fermenting workshops for families. Find out why and how we preserve fresh food. Then chop, grate, squish and squash fruit and vegetables to make your very own jar of yummy fermented cauliflower and carrot to take home and enjoy over the festive season. We’ll also be making tip top Kefir that is great for your tum! 

  • Please remember to bring two jam jars (or more) with you for your ferments

This session will be hosted by fantastic local macrobiotic and whole foods chef Jelena Belgrave @potsandfoodtoshare

£6 per child / £3.00 low-income. This workshop must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system (see below).

Please provide ages of children and details of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs in the ‘additional notes’ box when booking.

Please note, all children must be supervised by a participating adult in this family workshop.

*Important! Following this workshop, you will need to leave the park via the Lido exit due to dusk closing hours!*
