Have you ever wondered what to do with your allotment/garden summer glut?

Join Jelena Belgrave as part of BPCG’s contribution to the London Harvest Festival as we explore the art or preservation through fermentation.

Although you won’t be able to sample delicious morsels of different ferments, we can get together remotely to learn about and to share the joys of lacto-fermentation. Jelena will use Daikon (or Mooli) from the BPCG organic gardens to create a ferment especially for this occasion and she will demonstrate how to make it in this workshop.

You will be able to ask her questions at the end of demo. You can download the recipe from Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses Instagram and Facebook  after the event.
