Friendly Bacteria…What Lives in the Soil? 2

25 October 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

£2.50 - £5.00

Have you ever wondered what lives in the soil? Be prepared to get muddy as we hunt for mini-beasts, forage for natural materials, dig under the autumn leaves and unearth the secrets of our compost pile!

Join us at the greenhouses this October half term where we will be exploring the amazing world of friendly bacteria. Autumn is a special time of year when humans and bacteria work together to preserve the last of summer’s bounty and rejuvenate the garden for the coming year. From composting to fermenting our workshops this week will be all about our bacterial friends!

£5 per child / £2.50 low-income. This workshop must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system (see below).

**Please bring a plastic bottle with you – large if possible!**

Please provide ages of children and details of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs in the ‘additional notes’ box when booking.

Please note, all children must be supervised by an adult.
