A gentle class suitable for beginners or anyone who’s feeling a bit out of practice and wants a yoga confidence boost.
A one hour class designed to build helpful alignment in key postures step by step and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Spaces are limited this year due to social distancing measures so you need to book in advance.
All Sally’s yoga now takes place in Herne Hill Station Hall, a lovely community venue upstairs above Herne Hill station.
We will return to the Greenhouses decking in the spring after keeping ourselves moving through the winter….!
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT plus don’t forget your WATER BOTTLE. Please also bring A YOGA BLOCK ( or 2) if you have them. If not, a FIRM CUSHION to sit on will be fine.
