Make a Christmas Wreath

15 December 2019 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

£10 – £15

Come and try your hand at making Christmas Wreaths!

We have all sorts of wonderful seed heads, pods, cones and foliage from our gardens and the neighbourhood for you to get creative with.  Once you start looking, it’s amazing what you can spot that will look truly wonderful on a wreath.  And it’s great fun trying out different combinations and interweaving them together.

Feel free to bring along any materials with you to mix and match with what we have already got from our gardens.

Don’t worry if you think you aren’t particularly arty or crafty – it really doesn’t matter! Somehow it always work out fine. Nature’s little Christmas gift to us perhaps! And don’t worry if you can only stay for an hour or two, the window of 11 to 3 is to enable people to drop in for as long or as little as they need to make their wreath.

Your £15 booking fee (£10 concessions) entitles you to take one wreath home with you.  If you would like to take more than one home, then please make a further cash donation per piece on the day.

There is no need to arrive bang on 11am. Infact you can arrive at any time between 11am and 2pm and don’t worry that we will run out of material as we put out new stuff through out the worskhop.  You will probably need a maximum of 2 hours to make your wreath, some complete them more quickly – it really just depends on the style of wreath you are making.

Suitable for adults and children although please be aware it does get busy.
Our concessionary prices apply to adults on low income and children under 12 who are making a wreath.
