Deepti is back at the Greenhouses this May to help you find peace and reduce stress, in the calming setting of Brockwell Barn.

This workshop is for anyone who is curious about mindfulness or looking to find a practice that will help them navigate the ups-and-downs of life. It’s great for beginners but also perfect for anyone who is hoping to find a like-minded community to deepen their practice with.

Mindfulness will help you more skilfully navigate your everyday life to be more loving, peaceful and generous in how you interact with the world and yourself. so come prepared to foster a new, hopefully, life-changing habit!

About Deepti Sastry

Deepti is a trained yoga, vedic chanting, and mindfulness teacher. She has deep, abiding love of and faith in the yoga, chanting, and mindfulness traditions, hoping to offer these wonderful practices so others might find their own path to a loving heart, and peace. Deepti has over 2000 hours of yoga and meditation training and has also taught for over 2500 with teacher training schools and independently. More recently, Deepti has designed and delivered advanced philosophy and chanting courses for trained yoga teachers and is just completing a two-year long training with Martin Aylward and Mark Coleman of the Mindfulness Training Institute (MTI).

Pay What You Can

We are offering a Pay What You Can Scheme for these workshops to make them accessible to everyone. We know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some, and this Pay What You Can model offers people who can afford to pay a bit more the chance to support others who can’t.
