Unfortunately, we have had to cancel this Yoga Workshop. We are so sorry for any inconvenience.  This was the last of our Garden Yoga sessions for 2019 but we hope to revive them again in Spring 2020.  We will keep you posted!

Get your weekend off to a great start with an hour and a half of mix of slow flow hatha yoga and restorative yoga postures with mindfulness interwoven throughout the practice.  Sally Ramsden of Natural Connection will hold these 1.5 hour sessions in BPCG’s beautiful lower greenhouse in the walled herb garden.

These workshops brings together all the well-being benefits of yoga with the healing energy of nature. They will take place on Saturday mornings up to and including November 2nd

Book your session here!  There is no need to come to the whole series. Each session is unique.   

No experience needed. Bring your own mat or if you are new to yoga, book one in advance from Sally on sallyconnecting@gmail.com

Do wear layers but we will also have provide blankets during Shavasana (lying down pose)

Sally is a Yoga Campus qualified teacher, with a special interest in mindfulness and nature connection. She teaches at the London Buddhist Centre, in the NHS, in parks, outdoor spaces and community centres across London. She also provides classes for frontline staff, managers and volunteers in all sorts of settings.
Sorry, but these classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
