Saturday Morning Energy Flow 11 a.m. – 12.30 p.m

Enjoy 90 minutes of Slow Flow Yoga with some dynamic sequences and plenty of options so you can pace yourself. Build your positive energy for your weekend while progressing your practice. Some experience of yoga needed.


Saturday Afternoon Gentle Yoga 2.00 – 3.00 p.m.

£8.00 drop in (online)

A one hour Hatha yoga class suitable for everyone whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced. Designed to build helpful alignment step by step and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Have a yoga block, book or cushion to sit on if possible.

Tuesday Midday Slow Flow Yoga 12.00 – 1.00 p.m.


Thursday Evening Release & Rest Yoga 6.30 p.m. – 7.45 p.m.
