SUMMARY:Fermentation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Come and learn all about the seasonal and health-boosting skill of fermentation.  \nJoin Jelena to explore the world of summer ferments. You will also have an opportunity to taste a myriad of ferments from around the world\, hear fermentation stories\, ask questions and learn hands-on how to successfully ferment at home. \nPlease bring two 500ml jars – they don’t have to be any special jars as long as they have a close-fitting lid and are thoroughly cleaned. \nINFORMATION \nTickets: £45 | £35 conc. \nRunning time: 2 hours \n“Thank you so much for the handout and your wonderful workshop. She entwines stories and knowledge from her Balkan heritage with Japanese macrobiotic training and latest research in the scientific realm of gut health. Jelena is a member of the Fermenters Guild and regularly teaches and shares ferments at BPCG. Her workshops will always introduce you to new flavours\, leave you inspired\, excited and eager to find your new fermented condiment.
