SUMMARY:Lino Cutting Workshop: Spring
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop we’ll guide you to sketch\, carve and print a postcard-sized design inspired by spring and the nature surrounding us at BPCG.  \nLearn a new skill and get your greeting cards and/or this year’s birthday cards sorted. You’ll take home 5 cards with your print as well as the stamp\, so you can re-print your design as often as you like. \nFor inspiration\, have a look at the cards for sale at BPCG that resident printmakers have created\, or have a rummage online\, there are some beautiful examples here and here. \nThis workshop is suitable for beginners as well as advanced printmaker’s who would like to come together to create and get inspired by our spring gardens. \nAll materials are provided and there will be free tea and biscuits available during the workshop. \nUnless it is a very sunny day\, your cards might take a few hours or so to dry – so you can either leave them with us and collect anytime between Thursday and Sunday\, or bring some Tupperware to transport them home safely. \nInformation \nTickets: Standard price £30 / Concession £24 \nRunning time: 2.5 hours \nAge recommendation: 14+ (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult) \nIf viewing on a phone please scroll to the bottom of the page to book.
