SUMMARY:Gig at the Greenhouses: Mambista with South Atlantic Groove Project (SAGP)
DESCRIPTION:Andy Lafone\, Uruguayan bass player\, co-founder and musical director of hit makers Negrocan introduces his new venture SAGP (South Atlantic Groove Project).  Accompanied by fellow Uruguayans Guille Hill (Guitar)\, Andres Ticino (percussion)\, plus Brazilian drummer Marius Rodrigues and special guest Joanna Eden on piano and vocals. \nSAGP will be playing a mix of their own Jazz\, Uruguayan Candombe and Brazilian influenced originals as well as their own take on tunes originally recorded by the likes of Airto Moreira\, Opa and Santana\, all marinaded in Latin/Acid Jazz. \nAndy Lafone  Bass\nGuillermo Hill  Guitar\nAndres Ticino  Percussion\nMarius Rodrigues  Drums\nJoanna Eden  Piano and vocals \nCome rain or shine\, as we can take shelter in the greenhouse and under marquees if the weather is unkind to us. \nJoin us for a wonderful session of seriously good sounds! \n\nFOOD & DRINK \nThe bar will be open all evening with delicious botanical cocktails\, local craft beer\, organic wine and soft drinks. \nDelicious hot food will be available from 7.30pm – 9.15pm courtesy of Carey’s Kitchen.
