SOLD OUT Froglife: Family Wildlife Garden Workshop

Hop along to Froglife’s wonderful wildlife workshop, where we’ll learn about the amphibians in our gardens, find out how to make green spaces more attractive to wildlife, explore our gardens, and have a go at planning wildlife gardens of our own. This is a family workshop suitable for all ages and abilities. Many thanks to Froglife and the Lottery Heritage Fund.

£2.50 per child. This workshop must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system (see below).

SOLD OUT Nature Printing at Easter 1

Explore and discover pattern in nature at the Greenhouses.

We’ll collect natural materials from our spring garden, experiment with ink and relief printmaking techniques, and then press materials into clay to make beautiful Easter decorations to take home. What patterns will you find and create? This hands on education session is for children aged 4 – 9 yrs.

£6 per child / £3.00 low-income. This workshop must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system (see below).

Stomp along to Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses for our weekly preschool group!

Welcome Story Stompers! Join us at the Greenhouses for an outdoor story, explore the gardens and woodland with Helen, and enjoy story themed craft activities and natural play – whatever the weather. Remember to wrap up warm!

Tuesdays 9.15am (Story at 9.30am) – 10.30am

Recommended for children aged 2-4 years

How to be a Gardener 1

It’s time to get gardening! Join us on a treasure hunt around the garden to spot garden implements and match them to gardening tasks. Help us dig, tidy and sort our garden. Then make your very own plant pot from recycled newspaper, and plant a seed to take home and grow.

£5.00 per child / £2.50 low-income. Family workshop for children of all ages.
