Gig @ the Greenhouses

Join us this September and enjoy a fantastic feast of music and food at our beautiful greenhouse! We’ve got the brilliant iyatraQuartet returning to bring us their superb combination of classical, Brazilian, Indian and Jazz plus a special guest, alternative Folk Artist ‘You Are Wolf’ aka Kerry Andrew.

At 3.30, we will begin our musical afternoon with “You Are Wolf”.

During the interval,  you can feast on delicious tea-time treats and explore our beautiful gardens and Edible Jungle greenhouse.

At 5.30, iyatraQuartet will perform.

As usual, we will be open from 10am for garden volunteering.

Places will be limited so please book your ticket below.

About the Artists:

The band draw on a diverse range of musical styles, rhythms and melodies from around the world.  With backgrounds in classical, jazz, Cuban, Brazilian and Indian music, iyatraQuartet combine Indian raga with drum and bass rhythms, plain chant with extended percussion techniques and many more influences to create a unique sound.

You Are Wolf (aka Kerry Andrews)

Exploring English and American folk, fusing source material with leftfield pop and contemporary classical stylings, gentle touches of electronica and spoken word, all melded with an array of wild vocal techniques. Kerry has been played on BBC 6Music and she is a regular on Radio 3’s The Verb and recently performed her debut short story (birdlore-themed, of course) on BBC Radio 4.
