Ever wondered how to forage, grow and preserve your own herbs? Come along to this herbalism workshop with artist and founder of the community foraging project Collective Plant, Zsófia Szonja Illés.
Learn how to dry, store, blend and brew herbs for teas. Experiment with different combinations in the workshop (there will be blends for cold and flue and for relaxation), taste as you go and then take your very own herbal tea blend home to enjoy.

Collective Plant is an urban foraging project, independent publishing and art project based in Budapest and London, founded in 2013 by artist Zsófia Szonja Illés. Collective Plant has delivered a diverse body of collaborative work internationally – installations, exhibitions, food events and publications – in collaboration with experts across art, design, architecture and science to create work that is socially and environmentally driven.
Zsófia has given herbalism workshops at Tate Britain, the Istanbul Biennale, and works on the engagement programming of Tate Britain’s ‘A Common Ground’ garden installation.
