Cancellation Policy

School sessions We are able to host school sessions even in extreme weather conditions as we have large indoor sheltered spaces. However, if a school considers that it really is impossible or ill advisable to get their children to the Greenhouses during very bad weather, or for other reasons, we will work with the school to find alternative sessions to replace the one they have missed.
Please note that due to the popularity of our school sessions, it is possible that the alternative date may be in the next academic term.
Site Hire We can offer a full refund if the site hirer cancels within 28 days of their event occurring. Otherwise the full fee will be retained.
Group Activities We are able to host group activities such as corporate volunteering or corporate away days even in extreme weather conditions as we have large indoor sheltered spaces. However, if a client considers that it is not possible to attend BPCG during very bad weather, or for other reasons, we will work with the client to find alternative sessions to replace the one they have missed.
