Get into the festive spirit and make your very own Christmas wreath!
We’ll provide a base and a selection of natural materials, including berries, seed heads, cones and evergreen foliage, and you’re free to design your wreath however you like. There’s no set pattern to follow, so you can experiment with different combinations and weave in whatever catches your eye. You’re welcome to bring along your own foraged finds or favourite bits and pieces to mix in too. Once you start looking, it’s amazing what you can spot that will look great on a wreath!
You won’t be taught step by step, but our friendly volunteers are on hand throughout if you’d like a tip, an idea or a helping hand. And don’t worry if you don’t think of yourself as arty or crafty, it really doesn’t matter, and the wreaths always look stunning!

All profits from this workshop will go towards our educational work and garden volunteering programme.
The money raised from buying ticket for this event will enable us to:
- Help local children to learn about wildlife and play in nature – many of whom would otherwise never get the chance to
- Teach hundreds of kids and adults how to grow edible and beautiful plants from seed
- Run therapeutic enhancement sessions with local Special Educational Needs students
- Run therapeutic gardening sessions for adults with mental health needs every week of the year
- Create volunteering and learning opportunities for thousands of local people
