Environmental Identity Workshop

Loading Events

Join Louise and Milou for an Environmental Identity workshop, where we will explore your relationship to nature and other species in the beautiful space of Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses.

We will start by grounding ourselves in the Greenhouse space. We will then connect to our own individual stories of our relationship to trees, plants, other animals and the wider living world throughout our life using imagery, objects and guided drawing.

We hope you’ll come away feeling resourced and with a deeper sense of connection to our living world, to yourself and others.

Louise Sunderland (she/her) is an Art Psychotherapist and tutor committed to facilitating the use of creativity to explore our experience of the human and other than human world at this time of collective crisis.

Milou Pothast (she/her) is an Integrative and Wild Psychotherapist working to find radical reconnection within ourselves and with our other than and more than human world.

We are deeply passionate about our other than human world, about how we as humans relate to other animals, trees, plants, rivers and the land we live on. We are committed to finding ways to collectively face the climate and ecological crisis. We create and run workshops and events to facilitate a deeper connection to ourselves, one another and to our living world.
