In this fun, hands-on workshop, children will create their own fold-out concertina sketchbooks inspired by the colours, shapes and patterns of the spring garden.
Looking at the contours and bright colours of our garden in bloom, children will turn observations into a vibrant visual story that unfolds across the pages of their sketchbook. Using lots of exciting materials, we’ll experiment with drawing, texture, colour and creative mark-making while discovering new ways to build lively, imaginative sketchbooks.
This session is for 7-10 year olds. An accompanying adult must be on site.
