Autumn is an exciting time of year! The wind shakes the leaves from the trees and seeds start to fall as the plants prepare for winter. Come join us in the garden to celebrate this wonderful season.
In this workshop, we investigate how trees and plants in the garden change during this season. What has happened to the flowers and the trees? What seeds can we find?
We will roast some pumpkin seeds for a tasty snack before we forage for fallen leaves, twigs, seeds, and other autumn materials around the garden. Using our finds, we will decorate and create our own pumpkin hats.
This session is for 4-6 year olds. Siblings outside this age range are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Find us between the walled garden and the tennis courts in Brockwell Park.
